1. What data we collect and why

1.1 Wallet address (SIWE authentication)

When you connect your Ethereum wallet and sign a Sign-In With Ethereum (SIWE) message to access the presale dashboard, your wallet address and the SIWE session are stored locally in your browser's localStorage under the key webai3_siwe_session. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on any webai3 server.

The SIWE session expires after 24 hours, after which it is automatically cleared. You can clear it at any time by disconnecting your wallet or clearing your browser's local storage.

1.2 On-chain transaction data

When you purchase AIC tokens, your wallet address and transaction details are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. Blockchain data is public and permanent by design. webai3 does not control this data and cannot delete or modify it. We may read on-chain data (via public RPC endpoints and block explorers) to display your purchase history within the dashboard.

1.3 Usage analytics

We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service (such as Plausible Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site. If enabled, the analytics service collects aggregated, non-identifiable data including page views, referrer URL, browser type, device type, and country. No cookies are set for analytics purposes and no personal identifiers are stored. No data is sold to or shared with advertising networks.

1.4 Data you voluntarily provide

If you contact us through official support channels or sign up for project updates, you may provide us with contact information such as an email address. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry or send the updates you requested. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.

2. Third-party services

This website interacts with a small number of third-party services:

• Ethereum RPC provider. Blockchain read and write calls are routed through a third-party RPC provider (such as Infura or Alchemy). Your IP address may be visible to this provider when you interact with the blockchain through this site. Your use is subject to that provider's own privacy policy.
• Block explorer API. Transaction history displayed in the dashboard is fetched from a block explorer API (Etherscan). Your wallet address is transmitted to this service as part of the query. Your use is subject to Etherscan's own privacy policy.
• External checkout. If you are redirected to an external presale checkout application, your participation there is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

webai3 does not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

3. Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We may use strictly necessary browser storage (such as localStorage) to maintain your wallet session as described in section 1.1. No consent banner is required for strictly necessary storage.

4. Data retention

The SIWE session in your browser's localStorage expires and is cleared after 24 hours. We do not retain server-side records of wallet connections. On-chain data is retained permanently on the Ethereum blockchain and is not in our control to delete. Any contact information you voluntarily provide is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, after which it is deleted.

5. AML / KYC data

If webai3 implements identity verification (KYC) procedures, any personal information collected in that context (such as government-issued ID or proof of address) will be processed by a regulated KYC service provider. The retention, processing, and deletion of such data will be governed by the KYC provider's own privacy policy and applicable AML regulations. webai3 may be required to retain or disclose such data to regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

6. Your rights

Under Chilean law and, where applicable, other data protection frameworks, you may have the right to:

• access personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of data we hold (subject to legal retention obligations); and
• object to certain processing of your data.

Because this site stores session data locally on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly by clearing your browser's local storage. For any other data-related requests, contact us using the details in section 7.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through official webai3 channels and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
